TailWins ("we", "us") provides analytics on public Polymarket wallets and an optional automation tool ("Auto-Mirror") that places orders on an account you connect. These terms govern your use of the website and services.
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use prediction markets and this service where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. You may not use TailWins if doing so, or using Polymarket, is prohibited for you.
TailWins is software. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, custodian, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or fiduciary, and it does not offer any of those services. We do not give financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Rankings, scores, and statistics are informational only.
We never take custody of your funds. Auto-Mirror acts only on the account and credentials you connect, only to place Polymarket orders, and only within the caps you configure; it never withdraws or transfers your funds. You are solely responsible for the settings you choose and for every trade placed. You can delete your connected credentials at any time, which immediately stops Auto-Mirror.
TailWins is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Polymarket. Your use of Polymarket is governed by Polymarket's own terms and eligibility rules.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the paid period. Fees are stated at checkout and may change with notice for future periods.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, scrape or overload it, reverse engineer it, use it unlawfully, or use it on behalf of anyone barred from Polymarket. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service or its users.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that data is accurate or timely, that Auto-Mirror will execute any particular trade, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailWins and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TailWins and its operators from claims and costs arising out of your use of the service, your trades, or your violation of these terms or of any law.
We may modify the service or these terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access as described above.
We store the minimum needed to run the service: your email and a hashed password; your subscription status; the wallet address and (if you enable live trading) the encrypted Polymarket credentials you connect; your saved portfolio and Auto-Mirror settings; and a log of what Auto-Mirror did. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never shown back to you or shared. We do not sell your data. You can delete your connected credentials at any time, and can contact us to delete your account.
